Chef Dalton Campbell
Chef Dalton has always had a burning passion for food, over the years Dalton has developed a unique, simple, fresh culinary style, incorporating the techniques of authentic Mexican, South American, Cuban, Mediterranean, Italian, French, American and Asian cuisines. With the addition of marvelous artistic presentations Dalton has created a diverse New Americana Flare cuisine of his own, which now he would love to share with you as he creates his business, Park City Elite Private Chefs.

Talk abour savory! We start with prime grade local beef tenderloin maranade in fresh garlic, cracked pepper, and savory herbs for 24 hours then finish with a rendered foie gras & herb butter. Enough said.

Petite Lobster Rolls
Even though we are land locked on in the west Chef Dalton’s lobster rolls are sure to impress. With a house made peptit hoagie roll, brown butter poached cold water lobster and a Myer lemon basil aioli this roll is able to hold up to the East coasts finest.
