We strive to only use organic ingredients to ensure the health and wellness of our clientele while raising the awareness of harmful industrial manufacturing and farming of processed and pesticide ridden foods. Chef Dalton also specializes in healthy raw, vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan cuisine. It has always been his passion to raise awareness to the benefits of healthy clean eating and when desired he produces fantastic nutritionally balanced meals that taste amazing too! Chef Dalton Campbell

     Chef Dalton has always had a burning passion for food, over the years Dalton has developed a unique, simple, fresh culinary style, incorporating the techniques of authentic Mexican, South American, Cuban, Mediterranean, Italian, French, American and Asian cuisines. With the addition of marvelous artistic presentations Dalton has created a diverse New Americana Flare cuisine of his own, which now he would love to share with you as he creates his business, Park City Elite Private Chefs.

Pine Nut Crusted Chillean Sea Bass

One of Chef Dalton’s personal favorite seafood meals. Premium sea bass crusted in crispy panko and savory pine nuts finished with a fresh citrus herb emulsion. You’ll have to try a filet at your next event.

Savory Herb Rubbed Beef Tenderloin w/ Herbed Foie Gras Butter

Talk about savory! We start with prime grade local beef tenderloin marinade in fresh garlic, cracked pepper, and savory herbs for 24 hours then finish with a rendered foie gras & herb butter. Enough said.

Petite Lobster Rolls

Even though we are land locked on in the west Chef Dalton’s lobster rolls are sure to impress. With a house made petite hoagie roll, brown butter poached cold water lobster and a Myer lemon basil aioli this roll is able to hold up to the East coasts finest.

Spicy Ahi Tuna Roll

Although we do not specialize in just sushi we do have a few signature rolls that are sure to please. Check out our Asian Fusion menu to preview our sampling of ethnic cuisine.

Local Lamb Chop Pops Raspberry Jalapeno Glaze

We feature delectable local lamb. Seared with a savory herb marinade and finished with a rustic sweet and spicy glaze. These chops will be some of the best you’ll ever have.
